CUSTOMER SAFETY INFORMATION

Attention Customers,

Your Safety and Health is of the utmost importance to us. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19,
Forest City Mazda has taken several steps and is asking our customers to practice social distancing.

-The number of customers inside our facility at any time will be limited. (Customers may be asked to come back at a later time to ensure we can commit to social distancing).
-Disinfection of all frequently used areas such as (showroom, waiting area and restrooms) will be done daily.
-All vehicles being dropped off for service will be disinfected on the driver touch points at the time of drop off and again before pick-up, including keys.
-We will only allow one customer per shuttle vehicle. The vehicle will be disinfected after each trip. We apologise if this slows down the shuttle service during this time, greetings that involve touching, such as handshakes, will not be permitted.
-Physical space between all people will be increased to at least 2 metres.
-Clean hand washing facilities and alcohol-based hand cleansers are provided in multiple locations throughout the building (e.g., entrances, boardrooms and break rooms)

 

If you are buying a new vehicle:
-Locate the vehicle you are interested in on our website, and we will provide you with a full quote, featuring our upfront, negotiation-free price. A salesperson can perform a virtual walkaround of the vehicle of your choice over FaceTime or other video technology, answering any questions you may have.
-Our Sales Team would love to help you get into your new vehicle as smoothly as possible and they'd be happy to work with you on all the ways to process and purchase your new vehicle prior to entering the dealership.
-Should you wish to visit the dealership, we highly recommend booking an appointment by phone or on our website.

If you are servicing your vehicle:
-Please book an appointment online or by phone to minimize your wait and to be provided specific instructions for the day of your servicing.
-We are pleased to offer service appointments that minimize physical interaction or contact during this challenging time. Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid online, and your vehicle is sanitized when you drop it off, and before it is returned to you.

 

It is critical that, if you have one symptom of COVID-19 (fever, cough or difficulty breathing), or even mild symptoms, you should stay home to avoid spreading illness to others.

Additionally, if you can answer “yes” to any of the following please follow the government guidelines and self-quarantine:
-Travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or had contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
-Experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other flu-like symptoms, been exposed to someone with the COVID -19 virus within the last 14 days.

Forest City Mazda will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.

 

Mandatory Face Masks

As of Saturday, July 18th, all customers who are visiting the dealership are required to wear a face mask to further prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is mandatory across London and Middlesex County in all enclosed public spaces. Masks will be available at reception if needed.
